WPR conducted a culture review survey with the staff of chartered accountancy firm Johnston Associates in late 2021. This involved meeting one-on-one with each staff member of the business in Nelson, Blenheim and Waikato, asking each person a set of general questions. A comprehensive report with a list of recommendations was presented to the business with a clear road map for implementation.

She was very professional and was able to elicit some very meaningful feedback from everybody.
